Donate

Your donation helps us reach people who might otherwise have no access to creative mental health support. Every contribution strengthens our free therapy services, supports our festival, and helps us open conversations that reduce stigma. By giving today, you help create safe, creative spaces where people can express themselves, find connection, and begin to heal.

Your donation helps First Fortnight provide free Creative Arts Therapy to children, young people, and adults who are often excluded from traditional mental health supports. Last year alone, our therapists delivered more than 3000 sessions across Dublin, Meath, Kildare, Limerick, and Donegal, supporting people experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Donations also help us run our national Mental Health, Arts and Culture Festival, which welcomed more than 6000 audience members across 69 events in 11 counties. By giving today, you help us reach more people, open essential conversations, and create safe and creative spaces where healing can begin.
